Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your JOVIA purchase. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of delivery, provided the products are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resaleable condition. Faulty or damaged items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Once received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
